MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER SERVICES

POLYMER JAR TESTING: Our technical staff can perform detailed jar tests to evaluate polymer performance, and make recommendations on sludge dewatering.  Using USA manufactured products, the correct ratio of charge, weight, and strength can be found to increase solids, decrease amount of product, and save operational costs.

HYDROGEN SULFIDE (H2S) ODOR REMOVAL: Using detailed monitoring equipment, the source of the odor can be located, and either removed using a wide choice of oxidizers (Sodium Hypochlorite, Hydrogen Peroxide, Potassium Permanganate, and Sodium Permanganate) or prevented using Calcium Nitrate or Totalox ® (a patented product mix of Calcium Nitrate and Permanganate).  Feed points and amounts can be set to optimize plant performance.  The necessary equipment to properly feed and store the chemicals can be provided.

PHOSPHOROUS REDUCTION: Our technical staff can perform detailed jar tests to evaluate Phosphorous levels, and the quantity of chemical needed to properly meet the EPA guidelines.  Multiple chemicals can be evaluated to provide the best cost value, to optimize plant performance.

CHLORINATION / DECHLORINATION: A complete line of anhydrous, liquid, and gas forms are available to choose from to meet chlorination and dechlorination needs.  Our staff can assist with providing feed equipment and calculating feed rates.

EPA APPROVED SAFETY TRAINING: Detailed chemical safety and application training classes have been approved by EPA for contact hours for both water and wastewater licenses.  Programs available in 2 and 4 hour sessions, are brought directly to plants and taught by experts in the field of treatment.
